NICI GmbH is well known not only as a manufacturer of high-quality stuffed animals it develops itself, but also as a licensee for merchandising products. NICI products are available in over 60 countries. The company, which is based in Altenkundstadt, Germany, operates 30 NICI shops in Germany and eight in Asia. Economic challenges led NICI GmbH to completely reposition itself in 2006.

NICI looked to MetaDesign for assistance in repositioning itself on the market for a successful future: As an international lifestyle brand, NICI aims to enhance young women’s joy in life. This marketing strategy is the future standard for branding, product design and the entire product range development of the corporate brand.

The new corporate design developed and implemented by MetaDesign makes NICI’s strategic alignment visible in a number of ways. NICI is on its way to becoming a love brand.
